On Arrival at the station of Santa Lucia Venice
From the train station square he following boat shuttles (vaporetti) can be taken:
The Line 2 for San Marco via the Grand Canal
The Line 51 for the Giudecca

For those of you who are coming from Milan on the 3rd
Milan Central Station at 08.05 – arrival Venice Santa Lucia at 10.40
In order to arrive directly at the church, from the station take line 51 leaving at 10.45 and 11.05 (this will take about 20 minutes) or line 2 leaving at 10.51 – 11.01 -11.11 (this will take roughly 27 minutes).

Returning towards Milan Central Station, the same day from Venice Santa Lucia:

Leaving at 17.50 - 20.25
Leaving at 18.20 - 20.55
Leaving at 19.50 - 22.25 (last train)
